It's so good to have a friend like Ilene.
A friend who, even though you live in different cities, can pick up right where you left off no matter how long it's been.
A friend who you can laugh with.
And talk about art (of course).
And the future.
And even the past (like last minute trips to New York when she watched Shawn and I fall for each other).
A friend who can take weird pictures with a fountain on a Sunday morning... just because.
I guess this has been going on since 2006... :)
