We've been here just 24 hours and have done so much already.
We've walked through our dear Washington Square Park and admired it all in bloom.
Walked through the arch at Moody and reminisced.
Stood in the exact spot where we met almost 5 years ago.
Enjoyed a delicious brunch with the Suttons, then visited their new gorgeous apartment. It looks like something out of a magazine! (Is anyone surprised?!)
Sipped a Mojitea from Argo.
Walked, walked, and walked some more. Got some blisters to prove it.
Ate the best gluten-free food (including 2 loaves of gluten-free bread!) at Wildfire (and will probably go back tonight).
Sipped some Jamba Juice at the bottom of the Hancock Tower.
The plan for tonight: dinner with the Wilsons, the Taste of Chicago, and fireworks at Navy Pier!
We love this city, that's for sure.
And July 4th weekend is the best time to be here!
It sounds (and looks) like a fabulous weekend!
